1. Personal use only
Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use by your household on your own devices. Public showing (pubs, clubs, workplaces) is not permitted under a personal plan — contact us about commercial arrangements.
2. No redistribution
You must not record, copy, rebroadcast, restream, or otherwise redistribute any content, nor circumvent any technical protections. This is both a breach of these terms and, in most cases, unlawful.
3. Credentials
Keep your login private. Do not sell, share outside your household, or publish your credentials. Simultaneous streaming is limited to your plan's connection count; automated or datacentre access is prohibited.
4. Fair use of support
Our support team are humans. Abusive language or spam across chat channels may result in restricted support or, in serious cases, termination.
5. Consequences
Breaches may lead to suspension or termination without refund, and where the law requires, cooperation with lawful requests from authorities.
