Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. Who we are
UK IPTV Service is operated by [Company Name Ltd], registered in England & Wales, company number [00000000], registered office [address] ('we', 'us'). By subscribing to or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. The service
We provide access to live television channels and on-demand content delivered over the internet, distributed under licence, for personal, non-commercial use on supported devices.
Content line-ups may change over time as licensing arrangements evolve. We aim to give notice of material changes where practical.
3. Subscriptions & trials
Subscriptions run for the fixed period purchased (e.g. 1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and do not auto-renew unless you ask us to renew. Trial access runs for 24 hours and simply expires.
Login credentials are for your household. Simultaneous streams are limited per your plan. Sharing or reselling credentials is prohibited and may result in termination.
4. Money-back guarantee
Every paid plan includes a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of activation, as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to copy, redistribute, rebroadcast or commercially exploit any content; interfere with the service; or use it for unlawful purposes. See our Acceptable Use Policy for detail.
6. Availability & support
We target high availability but, like all internet services, cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled off-peak where possible. Support is provided via WhatsApp, Telegram, live chat and email.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in respect of the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period. We are not liable for issues caused by your internet connection, device faults or third-party apps.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, including credential sharing or attempted redistribution of content. You may stop using the service at any time; refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Template notice: replace all bracketed placeholders (company name, number, address) with your registered details, and have these terms reviewed by a solicitor before launch.
